BENJAMIN WILLIAMS LEADER (1831-1923); oil, ‘The Lane, Whittington, Worcester’, signed, 51 x 75cm, framed and glazed.Provenance: purchased by the family from an art dealer in Manchester circa 1926.Additional InformationThe piece has clearly been recently been reframed and glazed. It is sealed at the back and presumably canvas laid on board. Colours are fresh and the surface is also fresh. It has possibly had a light clean. A couple of tiny surface blemishes but overall in good condition.
