Andrew commissioned by many prominent clients in Scotland including the Royal Architects, Hurd Rowland. Edinburgh Herriot row merchant bankers, stately homes etc. Andrew specialized in 18th-century recreations, copies, repairs & restorations. A few of his historic creations have been recorded with images along with a few pieces he still has that he couldn’t bring himself to ever sell. Over the next while we will endeavour to make some of his works available for view within this site. Along with the related stories of how and why some tips tricks and some insight into 18th-century techniques of the formal chairmakers of the time.
