SOLD 18th-century brass faced mahogany longcase clock

Geo III mahogany longcase clock, the 31 cm arched square brass dial has a silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals, the matt centre with subsidiary seconds and calendar dials, fitted an eight-day movement, in a good clean mahogany case, 226 cm high (over finial) With a trunk door key, a winding key, two weights and a pendulum. Winding gut damaged, otherwise in very good all-round condition. The dial may have been restored as it is very clean indeed.
