Henri Schouten Hunting dogs ( 1864 – 1927 )
A beautiful and very large signed oil on canvas by Henri Schouten depicts two hunting dogs in a landscape with a hunter shooting game birds in the background. The work is beautifully executed and in very nice condition – his most sought-after subject matter. The work has come from a private French collection and is in very good condition in its original frame.
