SOLD Georgian mahogany linen press (Irish)

Fine Georgian mahogany linen press (Irish). 18th century crossbanded mahogany, oak-lined drawers. Large proportions, fully fitted with clothes slides circa 1800s. Complete and original with swagged swan neck pediment above a two upper cupboard doors flanked by reeded pillars on either side, with a brass divider door strip. Fielded and crossbanded figured panel door frames. Above a two over two chest of crossbanded drawers with original brass ringed handles, raised upon scrolled splayed bracket feet.

Condition: A good and original 18th-century Irish mahogany press. They don’t come any better than this one.
