A very attractive walnut cased with full marquetry long case clock. Containing a round bezel, long door with central lenticle

The brass signed dial “ JOHN & RALPH  CLAYTON ” with a silvered roman numeral chapter ring

The large brass cherubs head spandrels  dated c1725 , with weights winding key and pendulum,

EIGHT DAY STRIKING MOVEMENT ON A BELL ,  in working order .

The case standing just under 85″. high.
